If you are not completely satisfied with the product ordered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery!

Our goal is to provide great products that meet your needs and to guarantee your satisfaction.

But we get it, sometimes things don't work out and you might need to make a return.

Return Conditions & Exclusions

We are a specialized distributor of custom, configurable products. Unlike big box retailers, products returned to 11th Floor can hardly be resold or put back on the "shelf" without suffering significant depreciation.

As such, we do have some terms & conditions when comes to returns. Please carefully read our conditions and exclusions as described below.

CONDITIONS:

  • You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) from us prior to returning any product.
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged.
  • The shipping cost to get the product back to us will be deducted from the refund.
  • Products must be received in perfect reselling condition. Complete unused and unassembled (as applicable)
  • Packaging must be complete, undamaged and in original condition.

Any returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

EXLCUSIONS:

The following products are not returnable

  • Used products, even slightly.
  • Products sold as part of a quoted project/order are not returnable.
  • Parts from chairs, desks, accessories or furniture.
  • All desks and tables - except standing desks, ergonomic accessories

How To Make a Return Request

  • Contact our customer service team during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Pacific Time)
  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and we will work with you to determine the best way to return the product.
  • Return the item in its original packaging (including all information, instruction and assembly sheets, parts, tools, etc.).
  • Clearly indicate your RMA number on the package and ship the product back to us. Note that you will be 100% responsible for the protection from damages to the returned product during transportation.
  • The returned product has to be in a new and unused condition, with a RMA number and in its original packaging in order to be refunded.
  • Once we have received, inspected and approved the product, we will send you an email confirming the refund. We will deduct a 15% restocking charge plus the cost we incurred for the return shipping to our warehouse.
  • Your refund will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
