The Fine Print:

  • The manufacturer promises the original purchaser that it will repair or replace any product, part or component that falls under normal use over the duration of the specified warranty term (take from date of purchase). Normal commercial use is defined as the equivalent of a single shift, 40-hour work week.
  • Labour costs associated with repair and/or replacement are not covered under warranty.
  • High-wear items such as chair glides and textiles are not covered.
  • Issues related to normal wear and tear are not covered.
  • Issues arising from abuse, misuse, accident, alteration or modification of the product, by the customer, are not covered.
